Anti-Corruption Policy

Namyang Dairy Products recognizes that a fair and ethical corporate culture forms the foundation of sustainable competitiveness. In pursuit of becoming a company trusted by customers and all stakeholders, we hereby establish this Anti-Corruption Policy and reaffirm our commitment to its full implementation.

  1. We strictly prohibit all forms of corruption, including improper solicitation and the offering or acceptance of money, gifts, or other benefits, and apply a zero-tolerance policy toward any corrupt practices.
  2. We comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, as well as internal policies and relevant international standards.
  3. We protect the confidentiality of whistleblowers and ensure that no individual suffers any disadvantage as a result of reporting suspected misconduct.
  4. We designate an Anti-Corruption Compliance Program Manager with independent authority and promote effective implementation of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Program by all employees.
  5. We continuously enhance our Anti-Corruption Compliance Program through the establishment, review, and evaluation of anti-corruption objectives.
  6. We strive to foster and promote a culture of integrity through proactive anti-corruption practices.

All employees are required to prevent corruption and comply with applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations in every country and region where the Company conducts business.
These Anti-Corruption Compliance Guidelines are designed to assist employees in complying with anti-corruption laws and regulations, to prevent and detect potential risks, and to provide essential guidance on responding appropriately to related issues.
