Internal Dispute Mediation Application

The Internal Dispute Mediation Application is a procedure designed to establish fair trade practices and facilitate the smooth resolution of disputes arising from business relationships with Namyang Dairy Products through mediation between the parties.

※ The Internal Dispute Mediation Application is a procedure for the smooth resolution of disputes related to the Fair Agency Transactions Act or Fair Subcontract Transactions Act through the applicant's mediation request. For one-sided reports rather than mediation requests, please use the "Reports" section under Customer Service on the website.

The following cases are excluded from mediation

  • 1. Cases already under investigation by the Fair Trade Commission prior to the mediation request
  • 2. Cases where the mediation request content is not subject to the Agency Act/Subcontracting Act or related laws
  • 3. Cases where a person without a direct interest in the content of the mediation requests the mediation
  • 4. Cases where a lawsuit has been filed in court regarding the mediation matter
  • 5. Cases where arbitration is in progress or has been filed according to the Arbitration Act

Dispute Mediation Application Process Guide

1. Application Method
Complete the application form, attach relevant documents and supporting materials, and submit by clicking the submission button below.
2. Mediation Period
The dispute mediation period may be extended due to the considerable time required to investigate factual circumstances, depending on the case, or at the request of a party.
Investigation and Procedure (Internal Dispute Mediation Committee Regulations)
Application receipt → Notification to parties → Review of facts → Submission to Mediation Committee → In-person investigation of parties (if necessary) → Conclusion of dispute mediation
4. Notification After Receipt
Once a dispute mediation application is received, a receipt notification will be sent to the applicant, and the applicant may be requested to submit additional materials as needed.
