Cheonan New Factory combining dairy product manufacturing know-how and state-of-the-art technology accumulated for the past 50 years- It is integration of all efforts to have qualifications as 21C new concept milk processing factory, such that over one year was required just for designing it. It is a totally different hi-tech factory from existing ones; building an automation system over all the processes from incoming raw milk to delivery, optimized traffic line, and future-oriented design considering potential extensibility.

Domestic first unmanned system A.C.F (Automated Collaborative Filtering), R.G.V (Rail Guided Vehicle), and BC (Boom Car) were introduced first in Korea, and each kind of manufacturing support equipment and facilities are perfectly controlled in the C.C.R (Central Control Room) from incoming raw materials through manufacturing to delivery.

Advanced hygiene control system Here is equipped with advanced test equipment and instruments such as Bactoscan FC 100H, combiscope FTIR, Milkoscan FT-120, G.C and Charm-ll in order to manufacture ultra-hygienic, cleanest and safest products for customer safety.

First Future-oriented factory in Korea Here is designed so that beverage and powdered milk manufacturing facilities can be set up and extended any time. Also, here is the fist future-oriented factory in Korea by introducing for the first time the central air-conditioning system over the factory and manufacturing products under high-dimensional hygiene control system.
